The HQ Letter Depot
Through this project, you can send a message to a Haikyuu character and get a letter reply posted to you; fully personalised, decorated and with a gift that made them think of you. I hope you enjoy this project as much as I will!
This project will be supporting small businesses - gifts and decorations will be purchased from small businesses/independent artists and creators
What you will receive:
- An A4 customised letter in a personalised character handwriting (these letters will be typed and printed)
- An envelope decorated by the character themselves - each character has their own themes and styles, including stickers, flowers and more!
- A small gift chosen for you by the character, something that made them think of you
- An easy-read format if required, such as dylsexia-friendly font or anything else you need alongside your original letter to help you
How and when will the letters be shipped:
- The letters and envelopes will be shipped in a plain hardback A5 envelope to protect the decorations and gifts inside, and also so it is concealed for those who would not wish for the contents to be known by others
- Letters will be shipped from the UK
- Due to the pandemic, please wait up to 2 weeks for the letters to be shipped, and another 3 days - 4 weeks for delivery (depending on your location). While it is likely postage will be much shorter than this, I cannot guarantee that due to the situation currently
- Each gift will be picked personally for you, therefore they will be purchased after ordering making the wait a little longer that it could be
Pricing:
- Each letter and gift will cost £12.50/$17/€14.20 (with free shipping to the UK and £3.50 shipping internationally)
- As much as I would love to deliver these for free, it is expensive buying the gifts and decorations, and shipping costs me £4.50 (internationally) per letter
- This project will be supporting small businesses - gifts and decorations will be purchased from small businesses/independent artists and creators which makes the creation of these letters more expensive
How to order:
There are two ways of order - through Tumblr (paying by PayPal) or through Etsy!
There is a form that is required to fill in to process your order. This is so the letters can be fully personalised! Each form allows you to introduce yourself to the character and send them a message or letter of something you’d like to say to them, whether that be what you think about them, some struggles you’ve been going through or just about your interests.
Ordering on Tumblr and paying through PayPal -
